Alea Curtis left NHS mid 1968 my junior year and moved with family to St. Joseph, Missouri. I attended Central High School and graduated in 1969, moving to Kansas City, MO to work and live with my sister, Donna. One year later, I moved to Seattle, WA lived with my aunt for 1 year, worked as a waitress and attended N. Seattle Community College. Moved into an apartment lived 3 years then married John Doorn, had 3 children, while working at Puget Power, a private electric utility, worked in PR and Customer Service Departments for 14 years. Divorced, worked selling advertising for a magazine 2 1/2 years married Gary C. Culpepper and we joined forces to raise our 7 children. (Six of the 7 are college graduates!! yea!)

My three children are Jessica Maree Berg (married 6.28.08). Jessica is a adolescent/family counselor for Seattle Mental Health, Bellevue WA, living in Renton, WA with husband Larry Berg
